Better Hair Transplant Clinics
132 Great Ancoats Street
Following the latest advice from the Government, we're officially reopening again on July 4th for all of our treatments. We are now preparing for a phased return towards the "new normal" with a number of different safety measures being implemented including offering a limited number of procedures, reduced footfall throughout our premises and providing enhanced PPE for all of our staff. One the day of your appointment with us, you will be asked to fill in a COVID-19 questionnaire and will have you temperature taken on entry to the premises, as well as being asked to wash your hands and wear a face mask to protect both yourself and our staff in case anyone happens to be positive and asymptomatic.
We are adopting guidelines from the government and taking UK law into account to minimise the risk to all of our patients. We hope that by doing so, the risk in our premises will be significantly less than your weekly supermarket shop, however we cannot guarantee that the risk of catching the virus is zero.
Without specific national guidance on our industry, we deem it to be safe to offer our services in a limited capacity with the measures that we have taken, but it is up to you to decide that leaving the house to attend one of our treatments constitutes a "medical need".
We are a COVID-19 protected facility
We routinely ask patients for a relevant COVID-19 history of both their own, and their families health. It is vital that all patients provide accurate information.
We follow social distancing guidelines by limiting contact of all patients with our staff, and one another, during consultation or in procedures and arrange our waiting room seating accordingly.
All staff use suitable PPE and equipment as recommended by the government.
We routinely check health histories and monitor the temperature of all staff daily to help to prevent the spread of the contagion. We are also following government guidelines on the use of test to monitor and protect our staff.
In addition to using correct PPE, we are also ensuring that our premises are appropriately cleaned, disinfected and sterilized to minimise any risk of contracting the virus. Proper waste disposal methods are being followed for any materials that could be contaminated.
All patients are advised on hand washing protocols in our premises and how to safely changes gloves, gowns and masks.
We can assure all patients that our staff have all received additional training with regards to new methods to control and minimise the spread of COVID-19.
Most importantly, our staff are fully qualified to perform all steps of your procedure and it will not be delegated to any unlicensed technicians.
